The food was okay, but the service was really unpleasant. One is "pointed out" that the meal is ready by shouting incomprehensibly through the shop. You can also hear the shouting for the food of the other customers while eating. So the already loud atmosphere is not really pleasant when eating. And the fact that no card payment is offered for the prices is very backward.

Were there twice, the first time was okay, the second unfortunately more disappointing. Clearly a copy of the well-known Frittenwerk. Well, if it tastes good and the price is right, that wouldn't be a problem. The prices are only slightly lower than the original and the taste is okay, but not appropriate for the price. I had the poutine both times, the fries are quite oily, sauce is ok. In terms of quantity, it could be a little bit more, but it is still within reasonable limits. What bothers me the most is the atmosphere and the customer "service". I had to ask several times for both orders because I couldn't understand the lady because it was very noisy there, among other things. You only find out that card payments are not accepted there when you want to pay. On our first visit, we had to quickly go to the savings bank to collect some more money. Fortunately, the second time I was able to remember it beforehand. Then the lady got the price wrong on both occasions, had to pay around 30-50 cents more each time (my friend had ordered a more expensive dish and she had probably accepted this price for my order). I hadn't said anything because I didn't feel like complaining about a few cents anymore either, but it's funny that it happened on both visits. After paying, you wait a bit for your meal - perfectly okay. When the food is ready, you don't get it to your table, but the order is shouted loudly through the whole shop, but you don't understand anything. It took a while to understand that this was our order. While eating you can of course listen to these loud calls for the other customers to order a few times. I wouldn't eat there anymore. It's a shame, I would have welcomed an alternative to the large Frittenwerk chain.

Disgusting! The grubby guy with a mustache hasn't been wearing a protective mask for months. I would never eat there. Security should be here ... ??????? Check. Just disgust without a mask he complains about food.

For the proud price of € 6.90, the portion is certainly adequately large. However, I have never eaten such a bad and above all DRY Pulle Pork meat. Too dry even with the mediocre barbecue sauce. Absolute absurdity. In addition, an ecologically safe wooden fork. Absolutely unsuitable for eating and especially for "pecking" the rather raw potato pieces called French fries. All in all, just a bad experience. In addition: 2020, Corona, ONE pen for the "attendance list" and card payment is not possible there. Oh yes, Duisburg, Corona hotspot ..... Any questions ?!

No card payment possible. Chilli cheese fries didn't deserve the name, too little cheese and the chilli was relatively tasteless, fries ranged between half raw and crispy. Definitely not a recommendation, far too expensive for the performance.
